Barangays Del Sur, Del Norte and Oga is home to the Mangrove Reserve River Cruise. The mangrove forest in these areas consists of rich and diverse wildlife that provide nature lovers to visit and explore its wetlands and resources. Stretching along the swampy area of Pandan in the midst of an expansive mangrove forest and opening further out to Mambang and Carangyan Beach are the mangroves, giving a welcome and fresh sight to travellers and visitors alike. Aside from being home to different fishes and invertebrates such as shrimps, crustaceans, and mollusks, the mangrove forest serves as protection from storm surge, damaging waves, and floods. If visitors want to feel the fresh sea breeze and marvel at the lush greeneries, they can paddle a boat and navigate the lush green forest or walk just along the muddy mangrove floor to observe fishing activities and denizens that thrive in these wildlife. Bird watching and fishing are the primary activities in the morning while at night a boat ride can offer visitors to see synchronized blinking lights of fireflies.
