Cagnipa Rolling Hills which is around nine kilometers from town is a full “hills-to-sea” ecosystem with its rugged green mounds reaching out to the vast deep blue ocean and pristine white sand beaches and coves. It is considered as “The Batanes of Catanduanes”, which is connected to the Tuwad-tuwadan Blue Lagoon just below the rolling hills with picturesque rock formations. Best spot for pre-nuptial shoots, camping, kite flying and sunset watching. The hills situated in Barangay Cagnipa is one of the most wanted tourism site as visitors and trekkers can enjoy the most unique sceneries of the locale which includes unspoiled island views that will satisfy nature lovers, livestock freely roaming above endless green hills, massive cliffs overlooking oceans under the blue skies, rocky shores and white sandy beaches.
