It is a double treat for beach lovers. These two lovely beaches are located in Barangay Canlubi, which is strewn with golden sand that sparkle a golden glow when kissed by sunlight. The unspoiled beauty of the beach is a piece of paradise on earth. If one wants a secluded place, Yabu-Yabuhan and Mahaba Beach is best for them. The place is appropriate for snorkeling along its amazing underwater richness and coral protected area. Likewise boating, swimming and shoreline trekking can be a suitable option for visitors. Its golden sand is combined with pebbles, seashells and small shellfish known to locals as “Burbugitis” which can be sautéed in oil, garlic, onions and lots of ginger to make a palatable seafood soup. During low tide, visitors can actually walk on seaweed carpeted shore and be awed by the species of the seaweed that can only be found in Pandan and Masbate. Truly, these twin beaches are good escape from your busy work schedules. Situated about 2.5 kilometers from the town center, the beach can be reached by boat and by shoreline trekking as the place is quite isolated from Pandan and cannot be reached by motor vehicles.
