There are lots of waterfalls named “Bahaw” in Catanduanes so we named it “Bahaw Hilawan Falls” to better categorize it.
Bahaw Hilawan falls is located in Brgy. Hilawan in the town of San Andres. This is a 15 to 20 meter tall plunge-type waterfalls so you will enjoy the view when you visit it, however going to this place will take you about an hour of trek and climb from the main road and you will expect a lot of slippery/rocky trail along the way so you better take extra care. Mysteriously, sometimes the falls doesn’t have water even on rainy days so good luck and pray that you will be welcomed by what you expect.
