Talahid Falls is a 2-tiered waterfalls located in Brgy. Cabungahan in the Town of San Andres (Calolbon), Province of Catanduanes. A great place where you can enjoy private picnic & swimming with your friends and family as the falls is seldom visited by locals as well as tourists.
It will take you about 30 minutes to 1 hour to trek to this waterfalls. The path to the waterfalls is a bit rocky so you need an extra care while treking.
The lower part of Talahid Falls is about 3 to 5 meters high and the upper part is about 10 to 12 meters high. You can enjoy swimming in either the two parts of the waterfalls but watch out for sharp rocks beneath the water that might wound you, it is recommended that you use flipflops while you swim for protection.
Talahid Falls is one of the falls in Catanduanes that is seldom visited so there are no care taker of the place. You MUST leave the place clean so that the next people that will visit is going to enjoy it too.
